Takes place on the

first and third Sundays of each month

during the 10.30 am service.

We look forward to seeing you!

WHAT WE BELIEVE:

Jesus suffered, died, and came back to life again. It is very important that we remember this because it is part of our Christian belief.

We remember the story, because Jesus showed His great love for all of us by what He did. We celebrate this story, because through His love, he brings us closer to God and gives us eternal life.

We can spend some time thinking how Jesus must have felt, when He knew that He was going to be crucified. He knew that He hadn’t done anything wrong. Think how you feel when someone accuses you of something you haven’t done.

Jesus was made to carry a very heavy wooden cross through the streets. Sometimes when we have big problems, or even little troubles, people say we have a cross to carry. Do you know anyone right now who is carrying a cross?

Draw a picture of that person. - Perhaps it’s you.

Pray now for anyone you know who needs God’s help.

Dear Father, be with all those who carry troubles and worries in their hearts, help them to know that they can bring all their worries to you, because you gave us your son Jesus, to carry our burdens.

Amen
